Flouthern

Flouthern catered a friend's party. Their jerk pork belly was the best bbq I have ever tasted. It was flavorful and had a deep smoke ring. It melted in my mouth. The side dishes were very good. My favorite was the collard greens. They were in a sauce that was tangy and spicy. Much different than the collard greens I am used to and what is served at most soul food restaurants. They are a food truck but I haven't seen them around town. If I hadn't attended the party I wouldn't have known they existed.

I stumbled across this food trailer when I visited Lebowski's Pup Pub next door. The food was phenomenal! I had the bone in pork belly, rice and collard greens. Everything was seasoned. There was enough meat for two meals. The staff was very friendly and answered my questions. I will eat here again. My only criticism is they didn't have any iced tea. The owner said they plan to have more drinks in the future.

My family and ate here for dinner and was excellent! The jerk pork-belly was my favorite with the green sauce. The sweet potato cheesecake melts in your mouth! Oh yeah great customer service and very friendly!

Best BBQ, hands down! Also checkout their homemade pies and cheesecakes for dessert!
