Flower Life Express (Jackson heights)

This is hands down the worst flower shop I’ve ever dealt with. Zero customer satisfaction, zero professionalism, and a whole lot of attitude — especially from the guy working there. From the moment I walked in, it felt like I was inconveniencing him by daring to be a paying customer. Rude, dismissive, and unapologetically unpleasant. Questions were met with sarcasm, basic requests felt like too much effort, and any expectation of customer service was clearly a joke to him. If arrogance and a nasty attitude were part of the brand, then congrats — you nailed it. Flowers are supposed to represent care, effort, and thoughtfulness. This place delivers the exact opposite. Save your money, save your time, and go literally anywhere else. This shop doesn’t deserve customers.

I love the service here. The service here brings a great smile to my face. I love the hard workers that wrap my flowers in a regular basis when I come. They are super friendly and would able negotiate with you when needed.

I don't know why this place has so few stars, they greeted me, told me the prices, smiled, everything went well and calmly, I don't know what else other people need, If you just want to come in and buy flowers quickly, this is the place for you.

Honestly this flower shop doesn’t deserve good ratings. I went to a buy a flower bouquet and i was just telling him why is it so expensive. He is telling me because this is good flower with his attitude. He started cursing saykng lots of things. He doesn’t have any respect for customers. Thsi guy had bad attitude with other customers as well. He pushed me as well

There’s one kid here on the heavier side with glasses, extremely rude. I wanted to ask about some flowers and he was too busy on his phone so I went to knock on his door and slightly opened it to say” hello excuse me,hi” and he got mad , proceeded to give an attitude, and goes “WHAT? What do you want?” I go hey how much are these flowers? “10$” and I say okay thank you then he SLAMS his door like I bothered him. GET OFF YOUR PHONE, and maybe we wouldn’t have to knock on your door and have to open it slightly so you can help. Also if prices were there I can’t see them I have blurred vision due to my MS. Ofc I’m not going to go around telling everyone that, if you’re providing a service, be kind. It’s not that hard.
