Birthday flowers were supposed to be delivered between 9am-5pm (business delivery hours) and were delivered at 5:11p after the recipient had left for the day. The company I ordered through (FromYouFlowers) made it right by issuing a refund. A employee (or owner) took it upon themselves to text me personally. As you can see, customer service is not their forte!! 🤣

Aylen was truly amazing as well as her husband. Very welcoming and showed amazing customer service skills. She made our flower that we requested, within 20 minutes or less and it was so beautiful. If you need a flower done at the last minute, Aylen is your go to. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I honestly can’t say enough about this business and the owner. Every single time I reached out was last minute the same day and she had other deliveries etc going on and she put something together one day for my 15 year old daughter and a week later same day last minute for my 11 year old daughter and both times she put so much effort into them and didn’t just “throw them together”. She added the numbers for their birthdays in the flowers without asking. Added a card all of it. Nothing but kindness from the start to the finish. I honestly won’t be having flowers delivered by anyone other than her from this point forward. Very satisfied wish I could give 10 stars! Thank you again!

Live in NY. Ordered 3 floral pieces via phone. Flowers by Aylen worked closely with me. Pictures and status were texted during the process. Excellent customer service, pricing and beautiful flowers!

Absolutely terrible! They delivered my flowers to my office after hours and then lied about it saying that they delivered at 8am. Then said they had tried to deliver at 3:55pm day before but nobody was there. I checked the office call log and it was 4:58 pm. They delivered obviously old flowers that were already wilted and lied about leaving them the night before. They only text and will not answer the phone and then blocked my number when I questioned them. Very sad that people run business this way! DO NOT use them, your recipients will definitely be let down!
