Focáris Restaurant

Food tasted fresh. Been scouting out a place for pizza and pasta since my favorite local spot closed last month. Focaris had some good vegetarian options which I was happy to see. Especially if you're a mushroom lover! Portions could be a bit bigger but still left feeling satisfied. Servers were super friendly too.

Food is sensational. Had the Foccia appetizer and the mix olives. Then the Diovla pizza and the Pesto pizza. Both were delicious, hot and worth watering. Dessert was pistachio truffle. Creamy and delicious. A must go to place!!!

Such an amazing place. The fresh pasta and pizza were light and delicious so my family and I didn’t feel heavy afterwards. If this place was on the main Lynbrook strip it would be packed daily but it almost seems hidden unless you go to the movie theater. Highly recommend. We will be going back.

Sunday lunch at this Neapolitan-style Italian pizza spot was a wonderful experience! The restaurant’s setup and design were warm and inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere for a family meal. We started with fresh, crisp salads that were full of flavor and paired beautifully with warm, baked bread. Then came the highlight—the pizzas. As someone who has made pizzas myself, I can honestly say these were outstanding. The crust struck the perfect balance: soft and airy on the inside, crisp and slightly charred on the outside. The sauce was rich and flavorful, and the blend of cheese and toppings was spot on. To finish, the espresso was strong yet smooth, with no bitterness, and a spoonful of creamy chocolate gelato made for the perfect ending to the meal. Service was excellent throughout—

I'm so impressed with Focaris. The quality of the food is top-notch. We tried the Diavola pizza, Spinach pizza, and the Rigatoni pasta, and every dish was delicious. What really shines through is the effort they put into their food, the homemade quality of the pasta and pizza dough (both of which they said are made fresh daily), the freshly made mozzarella, and imported liquors. If you're looking for authentic, handmade Italian food, this is the place to go.
