Usually eat here once a month but over the last year I noticed a decline in quality. Fries are often soggy or they serve inconsistently small servings. Brussels sprouts are sometimes very overcooked and greasy. Also, the sandwich always has less chicken than bread. Pictured attached is the ratio about 75% of the time. At least a third of the sandwich is just bread and coleslaw Not a fan of their new ordering that also doesn't have "regular" fried chicken sandwich options anymore and you must pick a specific flavor.

Of course the wings are great, in a variety of flavors. But the sides are way better than you'd expect. Brussel sprouts are a must, fries are essential. And the beer selection is better than all of the area bars. Finally, if you care about such things, the packaging is all paper and compostable. No single use plastics.

The food is delicious. The chicken sandwich is flavorful, juicy, crunchy, and tastes amazing. The chicken tenders are a good size and come with fries that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. You can place your order through the QR code, as they don't accept cash, and the food is served very quickly. If you need water, it’s self-service. However, the service isn't good so unless you're looking to order beer, I would recommend getting your food to go and eating somewhere else.

This little gem in the Richmond area of the city has amazing selection of wings and beer. Super chill place to meet up, hang out, or simply take out food. They have a lot more on the menu, but I just cannot get enough of the wings. Super friendly and chill staff, and they really make you feel comfortable. Thanks for the great service.
