Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse

I had a wonderful experience at Fogo de Chão. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. The meat is simply exceptional — perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The sausage is one of my favorites, full of flavor and incredibly juicy. And the Brazilian lemonade… absolutely delicious and refreshing, the perfect complement to the meal. I’ve been to other similar places, but you can truly feel the difference here in both the quality and the service. It’s definitely an experience worth repeating. I highly recommend it.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at this location, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely delicious — every cut of meat was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, especially the picanha and filet mignon. Although we didn’t eat from it the salad bar looked fresh and well stocked. What truly made the night special was the impeccable service. Jared, our customer service rep, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He was attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our anniversary feel special. His professionalism and kindness did not go unnoticed. I also have to mention Diego. He was excellent at making sure we had the best cuts and most fresh meat. We are long time Fogo fans, so had to try this new location in Schaumburg. We had a wonderful experience with the food and customer service. All of our favorites were brought within minutes of them asking if we wanted something in particular. The beef ribs were amazing. I also recommend the cheese and honey to finish your meal. It's the perfect "dessert" If you love the high level experience that Fogo is known for, you will not be disappointed.

Overall our experience was top notch. Service was amazing and food was to die for. The chicken was a bit bland and dry if I had to provide any criticism. The steaks were seasoned just right and cooked to perfection. The side dishes pictured are amazing as well but the banana one is the closet thing to heaven you can buy with money. They check on you often and make sure you have everything you need throughout the time you’re there. They don’t always bring the side dishes without you asking though so do your research beforehand on what you want so you know to ask for them. I will say the table wasn’t big enough for the amount of food you get but it is what it is. Well worth the money you spend.

My family has always been a fan of Fogo, and this was our first time visiting the Schaumburg location since we moved. We came in late October to celebrate my dad’s birthday and went during the “Best of Brazil” promotion, which was a fantastic deal. The atmosphere was just what we expect from Fogo: pleasant, elegant, and perfect for a special occasion. The service was also excellent throughout the meal.
