First time here with my mom and sister, everything was good. The food was amazing! It really shocked us on how good it was. The presentations as well was good. Definitely coming back!

Food was. Just very greasy. Leaves the greasy taste in your mouth when done eating. If they are using seed oil to cook that's really bad. Google cooking with seed oil & you'll see why. The environment was nice. I appreciated the place was quite with no yelling, there was music playing but it wasn't obnoxiously loud, just a tad loud. I couldn't eat all the food because it was 2 greasy for one sitting. Even as leftovers it was the same.

As a white American, this was a great Hondorian local spot. Terrific food the owner and his daughter were great people really enjoyed it here from the outside. Doesn’t look like much but you get in great food and very very clean. From the outside, I wasn’t even sure it was open, but it’s well worthwhile.

Everything was great, from the Food, to service & the vibes. I loved the music, & the inside decor was very authentic which I loved. They even have homemade ices in bags that were delicious! The pupusas were amazing, along with the pork chops & a few other plates!

If you havent yet gone you are missing out on some the BEST real food in Polk County. El fogón catracho serves Large portions of homemade delicious food at VERY reasonable prices. The Weekend special of #SOPADERES Is medicinal in grade. Flavorful and rich broth loaded with root vegetables including chayote and zucchini, yucca, plátanos and potatoes. The white rice is good enough to eat alone. Homemade tortillas, pupusas, and real churrasco...juicy and kissed by the fire. So good. Do yourself and your family the favor of nutrtitious and delicious food that makes you feel GOOD not loaded and bloated. I just can't say enough. So good. Sorry i didnt get pictures.
