Food Junction in Denton is an absolute hidden gem for anyone craving authentic, flavorful Indian street food! This food truck at 701 S Elm St delivers big on taste, portions, and service—it’s quickly become one of my favorite late-night spots. I went with the chicken fried rice and chicken noodles, and wow—they were spot-on! The fried rice was packed with perfectly seasoned chicken, veggies, and that classic wok-fried aroma, while the noodles had just the right chewy texture and bold flavors. Both dishes hit that perfect level of tasteless spicy (wait, I mean tasty and spicy—intensely flavorful with a great kick that builds without overwhelming). Cozy atmosphere ! Food is super delicious ! Portion size is great ! Go to place if you are budget or ready to splurge ! The menu is diverse from south indian to indo chinese dishes and all of them are stomach and soul filling ! Highly highly recommend the Sambhar idly, manchurian ! Malai bun and chai is the best in all of texas 🫶🏼

Nice ambience, lot of space and seating.. Chitti idly is highlight… chilli paneer is good, puri is very good, punugulu are little hard.. did not like much.. chicken fried rice is good, tea is not irani or masala.. but nice elachi chai, malai bun is below average- we can skip it easily
