Food is great, super tasty and great menu. However we went in twice in 3 days and both times multiple ingradients and soup options had run out by 1pm. Staff are friendly but service is very slow and slightly painful

50 minutes. 2 items. Placed an online order for a wrap and a bowl. Showed up about 20 minutes after order, to have them start on the order. Stand in the pickup area for another 30 minutes. Told at 15 minutes 'the press isn't heated up' (11:00a - lunch service). Watched 3 wrap orders get served to eat-in patrons. Asked staff multiple times about the order with different excuses, eventually being ignored. Food is decent - it's a great option to have in town, but never again with that level of service. Wasted my entire lunch hour waiting.

Forage used to be AMAZING! Not sure what happened in the past couple of years, but every time I go in they don’t have the ingredients for my bowl; This has been the case for the past 6 months… service is slow, staff is dismissive… Today, I walked in when they were DEAD, and they prioritized the online orders coming in and made me wait there for more than 5 minutes (nobody was in line) all for me to discover they don’t have 3/9 ingredients for my bowl… very disappointed… it’s also funny that another review mentions the same exact problem and forage replied and said they would fix it, and that was 4 weeks ago… they haven’t.

Recently visited this establishment and was pleasantly impressed. The staff were very professional, warm and welcoming, and extremely helpful and patient with the customers. As someone new to the area, they took the time to talk me through the options, make recommendations, and help me with my order every step up the way. The food was superb. This was the best tasting salad I’ve had in at least the last five years if not longer. All the ingredients were fresh, colorful, and tasty. I did the create your own option with half lettuce and half mixed greens. I then topped it with carrots, cucumbers, and corn, followed by parmesan cheese, croutons, and chicken. Really unique option. It’s like a sweetgreen x chipotle that turns out in a lovely way. The bowls and wrap are both filling and leave you with a healthier meal as well while eating out. Would recommend trying their Thai curry bowl at least once (sweet potato base). Definitely a go-to in this area. And good portions for the prices.
