Customer Reviews
The Forgot Me Not Diner is a charming quaint little diner that exceeded all my expectations. The server, who was also our cook, provided excellent service with a personal touch. The fish chowder was exactly what I was hoping for, and the pizza was simply fantastic. It may not be an overly fancy five-star restaurant, but the cozy atmosphere, picturesque charm, and delightful decorations won me over. This local mom and pop joint is a hidden gem that captures the essence of homemade comfort food and friendly service. I can't wait to visit again as a tourist passing by and indulge in more of their delicious offerings. Highly recommended for a truly delightful dining experience!
took a drive toward the rest stop for the 100 mile Can Am dogsled race. Stopped for breakfast at this little diner. Like going back in time (in a good way). Lovely service (the owner waited on us) and a delicious breakfast (yes, served all day-- and they open at 5am! ) The price was well below breakfast anywhere in Maine! 5 stars from me-- (try the homemade bread!)
Absolutely love this place. We moved up here from Connecticut to get away from the city life. The food is always amazing. Still shocked on how reasonable the prices are. I think her name is Jenn the girl who runs the place? She's always super nice. Definitely a hidden gem on the way to the Allagash.
Just what you’d expect in St Francis - tasty simple meal, generous portions, reasonable prices, nice friendly people, good directions and a freshly made Maine whoopie pie to go.
Had a nice dinner with my dad here. Everyone was very friendly and the prices are surprisingly low.
