Fork to Fit Kitchen | Nolana

In my opinion, the Fit to Fork on Nolana is the best location in the Valley. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. For whatever reason, the grill at this location is outstanding — the cooks here are amazing and the grab and go grill meals taste better than at any other Fit to Fork I’ve been to. Even though it’s out of the way for me, I make the drive because the food and the staff are worth it every time. Highly recommend this location!

First of all I want to say that I've literally been eating here everyday for the past couple of months. Since doing so and changing certain bad habits, I've lost 12+ lbs ! :) May I add that the drink selections are amazing. My personal fav is any flavor of the straight up iced coffees. I've tried them all, you can't go wrong with any of them.

I have food issues having celiac disease, hashimotos thyroiditis and high blood pressure. I explained to the staff as I really liked the food cooked on the iron ring. They were fine with me bringing in my own spices to give me a variety of flavors and the cook Angel is amazing with a heart of gold. The staff is friendly, professional and extremely helpful!! Love the food here especially that I can order and they cook it fresh right in front of you. Cook and other staff are so friendly and kind. I eat here at least twice a week and I purchase a green goddess in the mornings 3 times a week.

This was my first visit to a Fork to Fit Kitchen that had a Fork on the Grill. Amazing food. I felt full, but not bloated at the end and feel like I treat treated my body right.
