Peyton at Form and Function is hands-down one of the best baristas I’ve ever had the pleasure of being served by. From the moment you walk in, she creates such a welcoming, upbeat vibe that honestly sets the tone for your whole day. I had the opportunity to meet the owner of Form and Function recently and he told me about their newest location in Eagle. I have had the pleasure of checking out their downtown locations, especially their location at the Sparrow. It's such a great vibe down there! After finding out that this location is right down the road from me, you know I had to make my way in. I came in later in the morning so it was pretty chill. The venue is bright and simple. I love the simplicity of everything. The walls aren't over decorated. The tables and chairs and nicely spaced, the big windows give such great bright lightening and there's wonderful outdoor seating available too. I initially was on the wrong end of the counter. My coworkers and I love the coffee and the pastries!! Peyton is the barista that helps us most always and she is super friendly and makes the most delicious coffees! We love the seasonal flavors and I can’t believe the syrups are handmade right there in the shop. Amazing!

I came out here to meet and talk a couple of ideas and business with a friend and fellow veteran we both have a love of good coffee and both drink it straight upon coming into this place. I found that the coffee was bold. The atmosphere was quaint and lovely. Not to mention. The staff was incredibly kind. What an amazing gem out here in our community.

Wild that their breakfast burritos are premade, on display, yet they don’t heat them up past a certain time? 😂 ok, whatever. But then your pastries you don’t heat up either? Odd. They taste terrible by the way. The flavors that are available for lattes and coffees are not only few but obscure. Crazy overpriced and wildly limited menu. The staff have the personality of a dead fish. Maybe go to the coffee place down the road.
