Fort Bend Donuts

Wanted donuts this morning so I came to the ol reliable. Though they DO have new owners and the Pricing is not reflected on their online menu. It is $10 and some change for a dozen glazed donuts. Despite this surprise the lady at the window was very nice and accommodating. When this price discrepancy was mentioned to the owner it seemed like it has been brought to their attention before. I suppose they don't have the login credentials to change it I'm not sure. Either way, consistent product, inconsistent prices.

ZERO STARS. Aside from being overpriced, this place needs to learn a little about customer service. These people are extremely rude. Today there was a tray of donut holes sitting OUT ON THE COUNTER (NOT behind the glass,) and seeing as it was 11:45 am, my wife assumed they were extras put out for customers. *Some places do that, you know? Esp when it’s getting later in the morning. The woman that was working ripped into my wife when she helped herself to one while waiting for our order. Good grief. This was a simple mistake. Probably ought not lose your mind over ONE (cold, stale, very mediocre) donut hole, especially when YOU left it out on the counter causing confusion. If it’s something still for sale, it needs to be left BEHIND the counter. DUH. *BTW: This is the second (and LAST) time

My daughter wanted donuts & kolaches this morning but I didn't want to pay a fortune at Shipley's so I googled this place. I looked at their online menu that looked way cheaper and sent my husband to pick it up. However the prices online were a little more in person. Regardless I did save a couple of dollars, the donuts were ok but the sausage kolaches were delicious!

went in at 530a. apparently, from reading other reviews, i must have got the asian lady BEFORE she woke up. there was another young lady who got my donut order together for me (she was very nice) and gave it to the asian lady. funny how I know who you all are talking about. anyhow, i had two orders to ring out. she rung them up together and i asked her again to do it separately. she did it begrudgingly but no hassle. like i said, had she been more awake she probably would have bit my head off. you work in America, you need to TALK LIKE AN AMERICAN and foremost, treat your customers with respect. the location of the shop is keeping them in business. i believe the asian lady must be owner. she needs to change her ways...
