The best viewing platform where you might encounter large luxury cruise ships on Saturdays and Sundays A paradise for sea fishing enthusiasts You just need to walk a small road to encounter beach stones. There are no signposts nearby. Need Google Maps to navigate slowly Personal photography is also recommended Just be careful as there are many small stones on the bottom of your feet. The sea breeze is nice Early morning or evening is recommended

Beautiful sunset spot at the end of the beach. Keep walking past the rocks for a better view. I think it’s the best you’ll get being on the east side of Florida! Once the sun goes down, like any sunset, it just keeps getting better!

I've read a lot of comments mention being told or seeing signage stating that it's a private beach or not available to the public. This is completely untrue! The beach can not be purchased. It is Public Property. The only thing that is private property is their chairs and umbrellas, the beach belongs to everyone! If anyone tries to claim it's private property, best to just ignore them or politely tell them they are wrong.

The jetties and beach area are very nice and usually not crowded, which may be because it's not so easy to get to. Once you park, it's a long ahh walk just to get to the long ahh path that takes you to the top of the beach where there's then another long ahh walk to the jetties at the end. If nothing else, it's great exercise, but there IS so much else. An absolutely beautiful beach that's not crowded and rocks to walk down to get to the water. Be careful for waves when large ships go by tho! There's signs that say the beach is for the building, but no one's ever bothered me, and my philosophy is to leave the place cleaner than when I arrived. I actually pick up trash that lazy or selfish people leave behind. Last time I went with a friend it was the air show weekend and we got unexpected

Very peaceful and nice beach. The wind was really strong when we visited however it was still a very pleasant visit. Pros: lots of great spots and places around the beach. Great spot to see ships and cruise ships enter the port. Cons: quiet a lot of seaweed on the shore. However might just be due to the windy weather.
