Fortissimo Osteria / Pizzeria

I don’t know what’s going on but the food is not good anymore. The gnocchi is the size of a finger and very thick, which I know it’s not the right size for a gnocchi. It’s not cooked properly. I ordered gnocchi on garlic oil with broccoli rabe and Italian sausage. But it came this soup with fat fingers. Not good. I am starving after work didn’t have lunch and the disappointment of this after $40 with a spaghetti and meatballs which only two come with the meal is very frustrating.

I Was Very Specific with my order speaking in person to the order taker. Unfortunately I paid with cash and by the time I got home and opened up the bags and Pie, it was too late. to drive back there. Otherwise there would have been a Chargeback 1) I ordered a large White Pizza with a thin Cauliflower Crust, Ricotta, Mozzarella , Onions, Peppers. Mushrooms & Broccoli Rabe. I received a small pan thick crust pizza gluten free pizza with tomato sauce the Veggies and Mozzarella. 2) An order of Calamari ** LIGHTLY COOKED **. it should not be curly, or rubbery, I received overcooked rubbery calamari 3). I ordered a Penne Arrabbiata - but substitute Orcheta for the Penne. This order was not for me, but I tasted it. It was NOT spicy at all, there were a few pieces of sliced sausage

My wife went there today to buy me the big Mac. She bought four for the family. I must say the big Mac is really good. It’s better than McDonald’s way better it’s fresher the french fries I don’t know about but the burger is very good, but that price scares me 18 bucks but it’s really good. And I always come for my slice my two slices my pepperoni and sausages they know when I come I want my pepperoni sauces but I heard him talking about how good the burger is so I went and got it today with my wife. It’s really good but the price scares me.

I am convinced people have been eating bad pizza in this area for years. Overpriced for the quality of pie I ordered. I asked for it to be well done because I like a little crunch to my pie. I couldn't even hold a slice the flop started at the crust even with the fold. The salad should have been called dressing with a side of salad. I mean can you call yourself a pizza spot and screw up ceasar salad? I'm also convinced their desserts are store bought at Shop Rite or Costco. My search for a decent slice continues.

I honestly love this restaurant. I always order their venetian wrap and it taste so good and healthy. On one occasion the balsamic vinaigrette was forgotten and they delivered to sauce through a snow storm to correct the mistake. I've also tried their penne arrabiatta and it was also tasty.
