Forty Six Coffee House and Bakery

Wasn’t sure what to expect with the location being in the Children’s Museum location. The coffee was excellent, blueberry muffins taste homemade! There’s plenty of seating and parking. Cute little outdoor area as well. We will be back for a lunch.

This cozy cafe is tucked inside the McKenna Center at the McKenna Cafe. Pastries, sandwiches and of course, options for children. Grace was working at the counter today and she was so sweet and patient. Our coffees were delicious and we really enjoyed the flavor of the espresso in our drinks. We plan to return to try the Philly cheesesteak sandwich while it’s the special this week and again to try the famous club sandwich (we hear it is the best in town)!

Absolutely love this place! They have the best club sandwiches in town AND chocolate chip cookies! I promise you, you will thank me later! Everything is made fresh and hot, the coffee is delicious and their customer service is warm and welcoming.

The most delicious hidden gem of a restaurant! Everything I’ve tried is delicious, my kids love the food (which is a huge deal) as a self proclaimed chicken strip connoisseur, they have the BEST chicken strips in town. Today I tried the chicken & waffles with an oat milk latte and it was amazing! Every time I bring my kids to the children’s museum we stop in here for lunch or breakfast. Their soup of the day is always so so good. The best broccoli cheddar soup I’ve ever had. Next time I come I want to try their flat bread pizza! Don’t underestimate this place. It’s my new favorite spot! The employees are so friendly and welcoming as well. Love love love this place!!

Best dang kolaches on planet earth. My wife brings them home to me when she visits the kids museum. Wow!!! These are by far the best kolaches in town, in Texas, in anywhere. I normally don’t tell anybody because I don’t want anyone to know how incredibly good these are. I would recommend this place to family but maybe not friends lol
