We had a pleasant and above all, smooth experience with Pamela. She was prompt and accommodating of our COVID concerns, meeting us outside on our back deck. My wife and I had to juggle our small children as we signed our papers, and Pamela was patient and understanding of our situation. She acted professionally at all times and put us completely at ease.

Pamela Hoogeveen was amazing. She texted a week before to confirm the time that would work for us and texted when she was 15mins away the night of the closing. We just finished signing our refinance documents with her and I wouldn't want to do a closing any other way. She was so nice and sweet, we were instantly comfortable with her and we did it in the comfort of our own home, complete with our kids running around. She didn't mind at all and reminisced about when her kids were younger. I cannot say enough how great the experience was and how professional and personable Pamela was.

Pamela was a fantastic mobile notary! She scheduled us a convenient time and was prompt with her arrival at our house. She wore a mask for safety and tailored the remote experience to our requests (gloves, new pens, inside/outside location, etc.). Pam was friendly, well-prepared, and very efficient.
