Fox's Pizza Den - New Castle, PA

Cold food, messed up the order and charges $20 for boneless wings with no sauce and they’re dry. If i wanted to spend $100 for dinner I would go sit down and enjoy myself. Prices are insane for quality of food and cold food.

Having a foxs in new castle is great haven't eaten at one in 12 years at least. I ordered delivery tonight. The food overall was just as amazing as I remembered however the workers may have been a bit overwhelmed. It started out my delivery order was wrong the driver took it back so I decided to go there myself because the driver said they were extremely busy. And I wasn't sure how long til I got my new pizza. Upon getting there I explained what happened and a guy i believe a worker called him angel checked on my new pizza and the driver did relay a message about my order so it was made quickly. I didn't ask for a partial refund because it's a new place and a dang good pizza eatery that other pizza places willhave to get it together to compete with. The workers I did encounter were nice an

I placed an order for 41$ just before 8pm on 7/11/25. Fox's closes at 10pm. By 9:20pm the food has still not arrived so I called for an update and was told "He's on his way, he has 3 other orders" to which I replied ok, thank you and hung up. I'm currently writing this review at 11pm on 7/11/25 and I have still yet to receive my food, 3hrs after the time I ordered. I tried calling at 10:30pm to ask for an update and the phone line just rings about 20 times and then hangs up. I've never in my life ordered a pizza and not received it with absolutely no communication or way of reaching out. Edit: as of this morning, 7/12/25 and around 11am, I called and spoke to the store owner, Mike. He was very kind and apologetic about the mishap. He issued me a full refund and put a credit on my account

Usually a solid choice but this time , terrible. Pizza was very thin and too much sauce, Luke warm. Can't explain cinnamon sticks because the cinnamon sugar was missing....
