Foxtail Coffee Co. - Downtown Winter Springs

Very good coffee, very good service much better than any of the competition in the area and they've got gelato! Try it with the expresso... Affagatos! Nice atmosphere. Only suggestion I have if you're going to use a touch screen to transfer germs everywhere to pay please put a hand sanitizer next to it. thank you also good for your employees to use!

My husband and I love Foxtail, it's our favorite coffee, and on the weekend this location is fine. Unfortunately, I came on a weekday morning and only one employee was working and the service was very slow. I didn't realize this and ordered my normal drink but ended up having to leave to go to work without ever getting my drink and just wasting my money. I understand that one person can only work so fast but I'm not sure why this location seems to be understaffed.

I was in several weeks ago and all I wanted were two bagels no cream cheese. The employee rang up to bagels (charging me for cream cheese) then noted to make them without cream cheese charging me over $5 each. He said (I think his name was CJ) that he could not ring up two bagels without cream cheese. I have been to other Foxtails and I KNOW that they can sell plain bagels. Teach your employees on how run the store when they are the only one there. I left without buying anything and went to Publix, I would like to come back if you can remedy this situation,

I love Foxtail! From the first time I had it I just fell in love with their coffee. The cafe con leche is my Go To!! The best 🙌🏻 also the atmosphere of their locations are well thought & looks beautiful. Highly recommend!

9:35am Unfortunately, they only had one person there working. There was two young girls ahead of me and he was filling their order. But I waited as long as I could because I had an appointment at 10am. So I did not have enough time to enjoy my drink which I didn’t order because I knew that I couldn’t enjoy it. They need to have two people working. I’ve gone in there before and there’s only one person working.
