Came in quickly to buy an item on June 4th, the cashier was talking with a friend and took a while to come over to the till. I did not mind this but then she acted very inconvenienced at my wanting to buy a product and was extremely rude and unwelcoming. A few comments were made along with many sighs. My mother and sister then went on to purchase their items and were treated in exactly the same manor. None of us asked for help or behaved in a demanding way so this was very surprising and hurtful to us. If possible please go to another branch - we were treated much better in a different mall :D

The Outlet had maybe 20 shoppers total walking around. We walked into this store which my partner purchases a lot of stuff. The sales girl was extremely rude. They were very unhelpful. You have no shoppers in the entire mall and you are rude to us with potentially buying a number of items. We just walked right back out. Avoid this store. All other stores we visited were pleasant and treated us very well. Sales are obviously down and we were spending money. But not at this store.

I’m a shopper. I like to shop. I asked for a size in one of the dresses and the lady tried looking for it but found none. When I asked for the possible sizes in the other items I pulled out, she flat out said all whats available is on the rack. So, not much help really. I tried to be polite but....it was obvious that I wasnt welcome in the store. I had 10+ items I wanted to try on because I didnt get anything in my size so I wanted to know if it would work or not but she was not happy about it. I continued to walk around the store and before I finished browsing, the lady was like you only get 5 items to try on. Im an international customer and I am willing to pay for 20+ items from that store but I felt like the whole experience was so bitter. Gladly they have a store in orlando. I will be

Was ridiculed by the cashier for returning a dress I had brought in the wrong size- this included her laughing and scoffing at me while saying how she didn’t understand how I could make such a mistake. All while letting me know what an inconvenience this was to her.
