Frank & Joe's Coffee House - Southwest Pkwy

Love this new Southwest Pkwy location. Kayla was absolutely amazing! Welcoming, friendly, fast with preparing my drinks (all tasted excellent). Kayla even had recommendations which were spot on. This location is always clean and pristine. Wonderful atmosphere to get some work done. Highly recommend.

Arrived at SW PkWY location at 3:45 and doors were locked. Walked to drive thru and was told we close in 10 minutes. Attendant was not at all helpful. Didn’t offer to take our order while standing at window. It was like she was only concerned with closing and getting out. We love Frank and Joes but this is the first time we have ever received such poor customer service. If your hours are until 4, doors shouldn’t be kicked until 4.

Typically love this place, decided to treat myself and the person managing the drive through was grumpy and full of attitude. No time for that so pulled away and went to another local favorite. Margies. No time for people with attitude BEFORE my coffee.

Kevin did a great job with my sizable order while also having the drive thru. Didn't seem like their was anyone else in the place. The kids thought the sausage cheese biscuits were awesome. Coffee drinks were average. Atmosphere was good. I could see myself hanging out, having conversations with friends, or doing some work.

I have been here a lot, today makes me never wanna go back. I got there at 3:15 at the drive thru took them forever to realize I was there. She finally took my order, and I’m still waiting at 3:40 to get my drink! No one else is here just me, ridiculous that it takes this long.
