Franklin Street Caffe

The fries are incredible. They are crispy and have a sprinkle of batter to add a perfect extra crisp. Then the inside is tender and just right. It’s the opposite of soggy. I wasn’t even in the mood for a chicken sandwich but ordered one. Wow. The French roll was crispy and warm but also soft on the inside. The chicken was just the right amount so I didn’t feel like it was too much bread. Finally, the staff are very warm and kind. What an unexpected experience during jury duty! ☺️

Met some ladies here for lunch. We sat outside and it was a lovely day. Had one of the chicken salads. Good size portions! The grilled chicken was really tasty. Great for a quick lunch in downtown Redwood City. The train tracks are right there so if you like trains five stars if not maybe one less. 😄

Kamran and his crew continue have been serving up great food for decades. Many of the crew have been with him for years, so the food is consistently delicious. They are very accomodating for any nutrition needs and have made my food to order for dietary needs of myself and my friends. Shout out to the crew, for remembering what I like and how I like it! Love this Caffe!

Menu in the back. The portion of the food was really huge. My friend and I got really full after all the dishes. The price also not really expensive, very affordable. Sandwiches have 10 layers!!! Can u imagine?😍 Also the drink cup like a beer, pretty big tho.

Great food. Great atmosphere. Great service. Turkey burger & Club Sandwich A++. Look forward to having pasta next time. Homemade white balsamic salad dressing is insanely good. 7/13/24 Super satisfying once again. This time Pesto Pizza and Chicken Piccata. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
