Frank's Pizza

I had dinner tonight at Frank’s Pizza located at 2544 Bainbridge Boulevard in the South Norfolk section of Chesapeake. This place is a little off the beaten path but it’s well worth a visit. An Uber driver recommended them to me as I got a ride home from the airport. It did not disappoint… Ashley, the server on duty tonight was fantastic. She was friendly and helpful with menu questions and suggestions. I started out with the House Salad for $5.99 consisting of Lettuce, Tomatoes and Onions. I opted for the recommended House special dressing and it was very good. I tried to keep it simple tonight since I was flying solo and I ordered a 14” Pepperoni Pizza. This was amazing. It was crunchy on the outside and soft in between in an almost “How do they do that” kind of way. Pizza sauce was

Best “New York style” pizza in Hampton roads. Growing up in Philly this place hits. Happy to have found it and will be my new regular spot.

Ordered a pickup supreme with double the toppings I walked away with a single $48 pizza so a bit pricey

I stopped in for lunch and ordered two slices of pepperoni pizza to go. Very nice indoor seating area, and everyone I could see looked happy with their lunch choice. They were busy but they were very efficient and I was out the door in no time. Pizza was just what I was looking for!!!

Stopped in with a co-worker while working in the area and we both got the lunch special, 2 slices and a drink. The pizza was great! I haven't had pizza this good in while. I got the pepperoni and was able to dip my crust in the grease. I'll definitely be back when in the area again.
