Frank's Soup Bowl Inc

I always order from Frank’s Soup Bowl on Uber Eats and the food is consistently delicious. The soup tastes homemade and is always comforting. I also love ordering the rice and peas it’s flavorful and the portions are generous. Everything arrives hot, fresh, and well packaged. Definitely one of my favorite places to order from!

The fact that I'm forced to leave a one star review is disheartening. I love red pea soup this restaurant has it twice a week, I also love dumplings so I asked for extra dumplings Every time I order. They have yet to fulfill that, mind you I'm paying $48 for soup via uber eats. I get this soup and various locations always a large and I've had many places have about 4 or 5 dumplings inside.. I asked for extra from here because they are very skimp... and still one dumpling in the soup. I called before I ordered today to make sure that the extra dumplings are in there two dumplings and two pieces of yam. Unfortunately for me I now have to find a new place to get soup because clearly my money isn't of value here. Or they just have a hard time following instructions I also ordered curry chicken

The meal I purchased on Dec 26, 2025 was 95 percent Rice and the rest meat and Veg.For the record I am not a greedy person. However when you spend your hard earned money you expect not less but a fair portion of everything. My family and I have been coming for years because the chicken and goat soup were exceptional. This last purchase has left me very disappointed.

I ordered Stewed chicken over rice and Chicken soups via Uber Eats. Love the chicken soups so much. On the same day, we order 4 more chicken soups for dinner. Amazing!!! Chicken meat is tender and FRESH, good quality chicken, I can taste the chicken meat.

A whole pan of rice and a fist full of meat. I requested more meat than rice with gravy. It's dry as hell with a little bit of meat. Uber eats apologize but gave me their butt to kiss they refused to refund me despite i gave them an entire picture. I have been loyal from rides to food with Uber and they showed their disloyalty. People work hard we want good food and don't enjoy wasting cash on poor quality food! This restaurant brings shame to the carribean food industry!
