Fratellis Pizza Pasta & Vino

This was our first time here. Really cute place . The food and service was great! Meatballs were tasty too and we will be back. Gulia our server was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu..

Their Fratellis Star Pizza is so far the best pizza I’ve eaten outside of New York. Fresh ingredients, Tiramisu was good, and staff attentive, very nice! Never disappoints. I usually don’t write reviews, but this one is very well deserved.

My first and my last time here! I called the restaurant to inform them that my pizza order was wrong as I asked for half cheese and half pepperoni. They gave me all pepperoni 🤦🏽‍♀️and “Carlos” who states he is the owner was very rude to me and he has bad customer service. He tried to offer me a $5 discount for next time and I explained to him that my total was pricey especially since I brought multiple orders for my family and that’s was his solution! Carlos ‘s attitude and his yelling over the phone made me feel so uncomfortable and shocked that this behavior was coming from an OWNER . Then he tried to offer me a free pizza after he blatantly was loud and yelling at me ….. I told him no thank you and I don’t plan on coming back to this restaurant. Hunter was an exceptional server. I was in here a couple of nights ago and Hunter recommended the Fratelli’s special trio and it was fantastic!. He got us garlic rolls which were amazing! Will definitely come because of him

We used to order a lot but the inconsistency became too much. We ordered yesterday in hopes that it would be good based on some social media posts we’ve seen, and we won’t being do that again. The pizza had a literal pool of grease in the middle so of course the pizza was a soggy mess. We asked for it to be double cut for kids and it was barely cut at all. We ordered two ziti with chicken and broccoli and there was garlic in the sauce and that seems to be all they relied on for flavor. We had to season at home. The pasta itself was so over cooked! Soft mushy pasta, no thanks. We also ordered two side salads with the pasta (extra charge) and only received one.
