I paid as a guest of a member to use the hot tub. It was down but we were told it would open in a few minutes. I sat in the sauna for 5 min while waiting. We were then told it would not open .... they refused to refund my payment because of the 5 min in the sauna while waiting for them to resolve an issue. Poor customer service from young staff.

Great staff! Can get crowded for lap swimming from 6:30-7:30. Go early on M, W, F. Masters is 5:30-6:30 on Tu, Th.

It was fun, fun slide for kids, they have a life guard at the bottom that helps kids get to the side safely

Absolutely the worst experience yesterday. It was my daughter's 7th birthday party that was booked over a month ago and we HAD to prepay 300$. We paid for 30 swimmers, two hours and the water slide. At no point in time was it mentioned to me that the public free swim would occur just before our party time. Someone "had an accident" in the pool during the free swim. Okay, accidents happen but what is not okay is they did not call me before hand (free swim ends at 4:30, party started at 5). So a party of 20 little swimmers show up excited to jump in to be told we couldn't use it. Can you imagine the disappointment for these kids, it was terrible. A bunch of teenagers are working the desk, give a pitiful "I'm sorry" about your party and ask if I want to reschedule an entire birthday party on

This is a great place my granddaughter is taking free swim lessons. The people are very kind and friendly
