Fred Meyer Grocery Pickup and Delivery

Very unhappy with delivery service and find it impossible to talk to someone to resolve. I checked my bank account and to my surprise I find 3 pending charges from Fred Meyer. I do not like that you don't get the receipt from shopping; when I asked to see the paper receipt, the delivery driver couldn't find it. I received an email saying the actual cost was $229 (which included a delivery charge). Waiting to see if am going to get refunded the difference between the $277 my account being charged and the actual $229 it cost. Then to my surprise there are additional Fred Meyer charges for $18.56 and .80 cents. I called Fred Meyer and no one could help and they referred me to a Kroger number. Called 3 times, once was disconnected and then when I reached someone was told they couldn't help me

I worked up a shopping list for items I wanted for pickup. When I went to checkout, I was shown a long list of items that weren't available and was given the option of taking substitute items. When I took the next step in ordering, I was told pickup schedules were not available for that day or for any day in the foreseeable future. I sent an email to the "Contact Us" address to complain and to ask for help; I received am auto- response that said I would get a response within 48 hours. That was 5 days ago and I still haven't heard from them.
