Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers – Bartlett, TN I had a great experience at this Freddy’s location in Bartlett. The food was fresh, hot, and made exactly right. The steakburger was juicy, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the custard was 🔥 as always. What really stood out was the customer service — the staff was friendly, patient, and kept the place clean and moving even during a busy time. You can tell they care about quality and the customer experience. If you’re in Bartlett and want a good burger, great custard, and fast service, this Freddy’s is definitely a solid choice. I’ll be back!

I dined in on Sunday and the food was good and the customer service of the workers was great. It was one of the female workers in particular( I forgot to get her name) who went above and beyond to make sure my mom and I were good. She made the atmosphere pleasant. We will be back.

The employees at the drive through today were very nice and polite. Gave me a pup cup for my buddy, Boo. Fries were good but I did not like my chilli cheese dog.

My warmly greeting my partner and I. She was very thorough with her introduction and very polite. They were having some technical difficulties and we only had tap and not enough cash to cover our total. Courtney told us it was on her tonight. As a food service worker I understand technology not always cooperating and I know it can be hard while trying to help customers. Arielle greeted me on the speaker and I could feel her smile. She had an amazing personality and took my order with a smile. Courtney’s entire team was delightful, she is an excellent leader & you can tell bc everyone was delightful. 10/10! I love Freddy’s. I had a marvelous experience tonight. Thanks again!
