Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I ordered a chicken sandwich and I got a cheeseburger. I don’t live in the area and I don’t eat beef. I was only in the area because I was doing delivery so I have no idea when I’ll ever be back in that area again and I live one hour from the area. This was my first time ever eating at Freddy’s and it was very disappointing. I would like a refund on my order. I tried calling the phone goes straight to voicemail. I left a voicemail.

The food was good. The concrete ice cream was a great, smooth texture and delicious. They actually messed up our order with one item but made it right without me even having to ask. Would definitely recommend.

I had the grilled chicken sandwich and fries... The chicken looked like it had zero seasoning on it. It was as white as can be. And the fries had little to no salt on them.. service was pretty fast and the lot seemed clean on the outside. My wife had the California style cheese burger and tots and the tots seem like they were cooked in old oil.

I stopped by for the first time today. I ordered a Bacon double cheeseburger combo. The fries are really good! They are very thin. The season is delicious. The burger patty was seasoned as well! I'm tired of these bland burgers. It could have use one more piece of bacon. The double cheeseburger was great too. All my food was fresh and hot! The lemonade is good. Like most places nowadays, it's very pricey but the quality was great. The cashier was awesome too, Very freindly. If I'm splurging, I will definitely go back again.

How do I even start this. I was in the drive thru tonight (12/20) around 9:20pm. I ordered a double bacon cheese combo and a Pepsi and a few more items. after I payed I see the lady at the fry station reach down and pic somethings off the ground and throw them away. Then she turned around with out changing her gloves and touched my sandwich.. I told the lady at the window, which she was really nice, and she addressed the situation. The one who didn't change her gloves then stated she did change them and argued that I was wrong. She then took my sandwich to the back and then gave me "a new one." long story short what a waste of money!! All the food went to the trash!
