Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

My order was wrong and the cashier rolled her eyes as if I inconvenienced her by mentioning it. The food was good. However, the service needs work: -If you're busy when a car pulls up, communicate that. -This was my 1st time visiting. Offer recommendations, or at least seem a tad bit more friendly when asked about meals on the menu. -When asked for napkins on an order for a family, please provide more than 3 napkins. -Lastly, if you mess up an order a sincere apology goes a long way.

In Wichita and all the ad pictures of this sandwich, they cut it in 2 triangle halves. Not here, I guess. I really dislike unseasoned fries, but these were a lil bit too salty.

I ordered the brisket cheeseburger 🍔 with chili fries 🍟 no cheese 🧀 and sweet tea 🧋 no ice 🧊. Food was ice cold ( maybe due to delivery 🚚) Gooey cheese sauce on the fries 🍟 no brisket on the burger 🍔 and ice tea was full of ice. I gave it to my dog 🐕

We were looking for a family friendly place for dinner and we tried Freddy's and we weren't expecting it to be fed such wonderful food. The staff is so helpful and and compassionate. While we visited a young lady who was in need came in and they welcomed her and her son and allowed us to buy them a meal. Definitely a great place to go to!

This place has gone down tremendously, hasn’t been here in over a year and I haven’t missed anything. I asked for hot food! Fries & burger COLD! People just don’t care anymore at these fast food restaurants in NC!!! Bad axv attitudes whew
