Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Stopped by for dinner. They had issues with their electronic ordering system but Alyssa took our order anyway. Our dinner was delivered to our table and Alyssa even came by to make sure everything was fine. The Staff was friendly and courteous. The food was hot and delicious! Even the fries were fresh and hot. They had a line of orders for frozen custard but got it out quickly. The seating area was very clean with Staff picking up the trays and baskets from the waste receptacles when customers left. Well done Alyssa and Staff. We will be back!

They have an awesome burger, any of them is awesome. The Custard is great. Great service tonight. I'll be back.

I used to love coming here and haven't been able to lately. Had a chance to tonight - what a letdown. Not only was my order wrong (meaning over half of it couldn't be eaten and was thrown away due to dietary restrictions), but the burgers were on the verge of soggy. No crispy edge, they weren't even smashed - just two soft chunks of meat on wet bread, no toppings, nothing. I always check my food before leaving places like this but never had issues here so I didn't. If I ever go again, and I probably won't, I will not make that mistake again. Literally every part of the meal - the drinks, the sides, the burgers - were prepared wrong, cold, and/or weirdly damp. This place does not even deserve 1 star! We aren't big fast food fans, but I recently visited a friend in Missouri and she was telling me how much her family loves Freddy's. Since my husband loves burgers, we decided to try it on a busy night. First, my husband's burger didn't go through on the online order, so we had to place a second one. My mother brought the order home, and nothing was what we ordered. My mom's Patty Melt had no Thousand Island or grilled onions. I got the new Jalapeno Pepper Jack Burger with grilled onions, lettuce, and tomatoes. I had a double patty with cheese and sauce, nothing else. Not even jalapenos. I love this restaurant. I have been eating here ever since they opened. And besides 1 or 2 bad orders. This is such a great place to have a lunch. I've never had to wait longer than 15 minutes from my food. Great service. Great employees, always nice and friendly and again besides having 1 or 2 bad orders, they were simple mistakes. Everybody took care of me very nicely. Love it and I've always gonna come back.
