Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I come here a lot and the last few times I noticed it's just been really dirty. They used to have a person cleaning the dining room throughout the day but haven't seen anyone clean in months. I watched an employee scrape all the lettuce from the cutting straight on to the floor instead of putting it in the trash.

Michelle took our order, I had never been there before. Ordered the prime rib steak burger without onions. She was friendly, helpful, patient with all my questions. The food came quickly and was phenomenal! The boy who gave me the food let me know there were no onions. It’s such a sad thing that everything in this world is so bad that when something good comes along we are so surprised! This place was great! All around great! Thanks, Michelle, and everyone.

I had a great experience at Freddy’s thanks to Tiara and her crew. From the moment I walked in, Tiara was welcoming, professional, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The service was fast and friendly, and my food came out hot and fresh in no time. The burger was perfectly cooked and full of flavor — one of the best I’ve had in a while. And the ice cream? Smooth, creamy, and just the right finish to a great meal. You can tell Tiara and her team care about quality and customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be back!

Food was great but what was better, my hostess Michelle helped me with the menu and understanding what the difference selections of milkshakes were. She was super polite and super helpful. She’s a very nice person. I would definitely come back here for more meals.
