Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

This establishment is okay, food is good, my issue is that like the Taco Bell establishment right beside them, they can’t seem to understand if your customer says they don’t want something on their food, it means don’t put that specific thing on their food. I told them I wanted a crispy chicken club with only cheese, lettuce, and pickles and they gave me a literal cheese burger with onion, tomato, and sour cream. Their costumer service though has always been sub par so I’m not surprised. The rest of the food was good though.

how about not put ice cold drinks and ice cream in the same back as food that can potentially be warm when delivered, but instead y’all keep putting the drinks in the bag with the food and I think that is the most dumbest thing that people could do because that makes all the food cold. yall do this everytime you should train your employees better and have different protocols for this like maybe a different bag for the drinks or just no bag for the drinks at all???? common sense and very inconsiderate theres no way you think food stays warm next to cold drinks. fries taste like they have been in the fridge over night

I came here to try the new triple steak burger that has fry sauce on it. The burger was quite tasty and the fries, while being annoyingly thin, were pretty good as well. I also had some onion rings which were also good, and you get a good sized portion for the price. The price is a bit up there but it was a quality burger.

I ordered a single patti steak burger with onions, pickle, and mustard. The burger shown below is what I received. Suggestions: staff could have been more pleasant when I returned to the window to get the condiments I ordered (these items are standard). The patti is paper thin and a bit dried out, so "beef" the patti up a bit. The onions and pickle fall off the burger when trying to eat it. If you steam the onions and use oval pickles you don't have that issue. Add the single patti burger to your menu or combine two patties into one and stop calling it a double patti burger. Stop cooking the life out of the meat. A burger place in Ohio, called Skyway, gives you a decent size patti, grilled onions, dill oval pickles with mustard and their burger is legendary. This place is soooo good! The burgers were fresh! The fries nice and hot. The fry sauces are outta sight! I will definitely go there again!!
