Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Freddy's is my favorite burger place, and since I'm nomadic, I'm always on the lookout for a location nearby. I noticed this location was a lot cleaner, yet quieter, than other locations I've been to. The staff were quiet, but friendly. I ordered a pup cup and they made it extra special and delicious for our dog and he absolutely loved it! I also upgraded to a large fry, which usually feels like the same size as a standard fry at other locations, but they really outdid themselves here by giving me a good sized portion, which I really appreciated. I'll definitely be back again while in the area!

All the guys here tonight were very polite. Fast service, awesome atmosphere. Juan Diego was Amazing with my kids while he took their order. Great food, great employees, it was a wonderful place for us to have dinner! I highly recommend!

We ordered burgers from Freddy's last week and it was atrocious. They have completely lost us. It's a shame, because Freddy's used to have AWESOME food. Now it's DISGUSTING. I don't think they have cleaned their grill in a very long time, My burger was plain with just cheese on it, it should have been great. Before I even unwrapped it, the SMELL punched me right in the face. It stank sooo BAD, I knew I wasn't going to be able to eat it, but because my husband went to the trouble of going to get the crap, I took one bite and immediately had to spit it out to keep from vomiting. EVERYTHING is super over-seasoned too. It's really nasty. If a place over seasons their food like this, there are reasons. Mainly dirty and poor quality stuff that we shouldn't be eating. Super friendly staff, the sundaes were great. They gave us an order to cheese curds that were accidentally made and they were really good. The Reese concrete and the turtle sundae were delicious. The staff was fun and engaging!

I don't get to go to Freddy's often, but it's been decent the last few times I've gone. A while back, there was an unpleasant smell that was nearly unbearable. It was kind of like sewage. I took a break from the restaurant for a while after that. And it was nice when the smell was gone more recently when I had gone. Went there tonight with my family, and the whole place smelled like sewage again. It hits right as you walk in the door. Food was fine, but we ate outside because it was just unpleasant to be in the building.
