Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

My boyfriend and I went through the drive through to get some custard and the woman working the drive thru headset was amazing. Very patient and encouraging, you could tell she cares and wants to be there, she had long red ish hair. Overall great experience with their customer service!

The manager person came and asked how everything was. I had never had that experience at a fast food restaurant before and it was really nice! The food was really really good and it wasn't too much they kept everything clean and the manager told the workers he appreciates them. Amazing restaurant!!

Was very excited to try Freddy’s out but when I took a bite out of the burger I was shocked to see it was undercooked and still had a little stick to the patty 🤢

Might as well put the whole bag of salt in those burgers. I gave it 3 more chances coming here because maybe it’s just that day the food steak burger was salty but nope. It was ridiculously salty still I couldn’t even take another bite. I wonder if the employees are joking around putting in too much salt for the laughs but no one wants to pay $15+ for a food that’s not edible 🧂

Great burgers and tasty gems make this a missy stop in Norfolk. The services is great but it takes a long time to get your food even in the drive thru. Would recommend to a friend.
