Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

First time ever eating at Freddys and I'll definitely be back. I came on two separate occasions over the course of two days and ordered at the drive thru. Both times I had friendly service. I only tried the Strawberry Dream concrete and onion rings on my first visit, and my husband had a burger. Everything I had was tasty. The second visit is when I tried the burger for myself. I was pleasantly surprised by the freshness. The burger was hot and well seasoned. I love how thin and crispy the fries were too. The only downside is that this place is pretty pricey. For one combo meal a kids meal and two sundaes I spent $32.

We went to this Freddy’s location last night and ordered two steakburger meals (large). We even drove 19 minutes just to try this new spot, because we’ve been loyal Freddy’s for over 9 years since 2016. When I first stumbled to their Henderson Location and we were intrigue. Since then We have been driving from the west side to henderson till they started opening new locations close to us. We never had problems for 9 years… tilll…. When we got home, and we were shocked. The fries looked like McDonald’s fries! thick, regular fries, NOT the iconic skinny shoestring fries Freddy’s is known for, it was an insult as you can see is not even full?!. The food was amazing 🤩 The customer service , top notch . The cheese curds are delicious like mini mozzarella sticks. California burger is great. And strawberry dream custard hits that sweet spot.😋😋😋 Thank you to all the employees who made my family and I feel welcomed. Greeted when we came in and a thank you when we left. Also all the attentive young employees that made sure we were satisfied and asked if we needed anything while we were eating. This will be a place my family and I visit regularly.

Spent $50 on 2 meals they forgot items can’t even call them their number is out of service they charged extra for add ons didn’t even put the add ons we wanted! Had to drive all the way back for them to just turn me away and not fix anything at all!!! This was at the north 5th street location..

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers. I’ve heard good things before, so I decided to give it a try, but it honestly did not live up to the hype. First of all, my steakburger was undercooked. The inside was still pink and didn’t taste fully done, which made it really unappetizing. I understand that mistakes can happen, but serving undercooked food is a big issue, especially when it comes to meat. It made me question the food safety standards. The fries were cold by the time I got them, and overall the meal just didn’t taste fresh. On top of that, the wait time was longer than expected, even though it wasn’t very busy.
