Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I pulled in the drive thru at 5:25pm today, Saturday. After waiting for 5 minutes with no greeting even after I said hello a couple times, I pull to the window. No one standing around or checking the window. Finally I pull around the front. I see 2 workers standing together in the front watching me pull around. So I drive back through nice more. Nothing again. Seems like this location could use some management and training. Update to post: So apparently they were closed tonight due to a roach infestation. There was a notice of closure posted on their door. Permit suspended due to roaches 🤢🤢 Guess I’m glad I didn’t get any food after all!

Friendly service Below average portion sizes , taste and frozen custard flavors

Went through the drive thru with a few cars in front of us. We waited for several minutes before they were ready to take our order. We ordered and moved forward. We waited for 30 minutes with cars behind us and in front. We fortunately had a turn of luck when the person behind us got tired of waiting and pulled out of the drive thru. The vehicle behind them also left giving us enough room and time to back out and leave as well. They also were smoking Marijuana outside the back door which we could smell from where we were waiting in the drive thru lane. We did not eat during this visit due to these issues.

Restaurant looked inviting from the outside, but the inside was a different story. The place was extremely dirty in all aspects, from the dining room to the restroom. The food was decent at best. Smashburger type sandwiches tasted premade, and fries were cold. The only thing hot n fresh were the onion rings. The dessert custard was good out of all of it. Furniture inside was broken and busted in places, trash, and stained/sticky floors. The staff was at least somewhat friendly and helpful. I would probably give the chain another try but not at this location.

Place was in desperate need of a good cleaning. The floors were so greasy that you almost fell walking around the place. Soda machine was out of 4 different sodas. Trash on the foors and under the tables. Workers just standing around watching the clock. Manger seemed to not care. Hamburger was ok but the fries were ice cold and hard as a rock. I like Freddy's but this is the third one that was in terrible condition. They need to hire better managers to get the workers to work. Very Disappointed
