Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Service was snappy with a great atmosphere. Her grilled cheese steak burger was good with layers of flavor. My tots had a good crunch. My deluxe chicken was okay and I'm not a fan of the tiny shoestring fries. Ice good is always on point!

Great First experience! I got the Bacon double and tots, burger was very good and tasty. Tots were perfectly crispy and seasoned well.

This place isn’t going to last long by the looks of it. Workers standing around along with the manager on the phone and could be cleaning tables or the floors! The floors and tables are equally dirty even before dinner rush. Food was just ok, probably won’t come back.

My first time in Freddy’s was a fantastic experience! We walked in and were greeted by Lanae! Her personality was great! She was helpful, kind, and smiling! So personable! She let me know I could get a lettuce wrap instead of a bun, made sure we liked each item that came on the burgers we chose, and when I asked what she likes in her burger, she shared her opinion! The place is very clean and the food was well made and so tasty!! I highly recommend Freddy’s in Quincy!

I forgot to leave a review, but was thinking about my great experience. We visited last month and had a wonderful time thanks to Hailie. She was super kind and hardworking, took our order, and brought our food out for my two friends and I. She really made our visit enjoyable!!!! The food was delicious too!!
