Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

You close at 11pm. I arrived at 10:45. I was disappointed to know when I came through drive thru that the team said they ran out of everything. I come a couple times a week for a treat on my way home from work and the way staff handled this is unacceptable. It’s clear they all simply wanted to leave. If you hate your job that much find other work.

Went to drive through for kiddiesmall custard, 2 small on special shakes ( 2 for 1 ) prob about 4 Oz a piece a one small French fry. Too pricey for me. Perhaps an off day. Heard the burgers were good but prob won't be back.

Came here at 1pm, Thursday, January 8th. Our food came out instantly and it showed in the quality. My burger was completely sloppy and mushy. the bun was like the size of a lemon and the patties were like triple the width. The bun was too soggy to hold up the massive patties 😭 and compared to other freddy’s ive been to, the meat had no flavor. the onion rings were undercooked, too. They should consider prioritizing quality over speed, because this was lazy.

The burgers were good but I asked for a small concrete and a double scoop vanilla cone, got two small sundaes and a medium sundae but hey, I ain’t complaining😅

so now this is the 2nd time i’ve gotten a hair in my food. i will not be returning to this location. you people should take more pride in the food you serve. very shameful and disappointing! i usually love freddy’s but this is the first time i had a bad experience. the burger patty was unseasoned. i ordered a cheesecake shake but it was just straight up vanilla. there was a long black hair twisted into my french fries. i took my fries and shake back. the unpleasant young lady snatched the fries and rudely assured me that she put cheesecake in the shake. instead of just offering to add cheesecake or give me a new shake. super disappointing. i wish i took a picture of the hair in my fries.
