Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Food is way better then MacDonalds,burger king or Wendy's. The staff is the cherry on top. You won't find this type of service at any other fast food place! And they have never messed up my order! The place Is always clean. The employees even cone up to your table just to make sure everything came out okay. Best fast food place! But better quality- all around!

Amazing classic food with lots of potential! Everything was delicious and made correctly. Service was quick. Unfortunately all of the tables and booths were a disaster, filthy and no one cleaning them. The staff seemed like they were zombies, except for one young lady that gave it her all. What a positive attitude!! Management needs to work on the burn out or dig into the morale issue. We will try again.

Burgers are solid. It's a fast food burger. It's not particularly rich or beefy, but it tastes fine and the food was served hot and seemed freshly cooked. I'm not a big fan of shoestring fries, but they were cooked well and seasoned. I liked the barbecue sauce best of the sauces I tried. The spicy jalapeño fry sauce was pretty good. Not very spicy, but had a decent taste. The original sauce was bland. It was that typical mayo ketchup mixture that you expect from everywhere. I liked the sautéed jalapeños on the burger, but I think it could have used more. The service was good. We went through the drive through. Everything in the order was correct and packaged well. The only downside is that they did not provide any straws with four fountain drinks and a milkshake. They did give a good amoun

OK I went there with a friend. The burgers were small and the fries were shoe string. I usually have a much bigger hamburger than that.

Just went to the Toms River location today. The food was good as always. My favorite are the French fries. I love McDonald’s, but I have to admit, Freddy’s fries are so much better! The staff was so so friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean. I would deff come back!
