Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

It was so good!! I wanted to go to Five Guys but with it being super expensive, we stopped here at Freddy’s and it did not disappoint! The burgers are SO good!

Freddy's is a new fast food option to me and has been a welcomed treat, in tasty food and friendly, enthusiastic staff. It is difficult to imagine any of it's direct competitors surviving within a reasonable distance. Us Montgomerians would be delighted to have a franchise here. Until then, we welcome roadtrips that include one of your restaurants. FYI, the limited time taco offering should be a menu staple, as they are incredibly delicious!

It was a great little burger and shake place that felt like you were back in the 50s. The burgers were really good for the price and the shake was amazing! Excellent Customer Service and outside seating is a plus, too!

First time ever eating here and was not disappointed in the least! They have the skinniest fries I have ever seen. The only con was the size/price of their concrete/shake and sundaes. It was like 5 dollars for a mini and when they say mini its mini. In my opinion it was not worth the it. But the burger and fries were delicious!

On my 4th time coming to This particular location in Tuscaloosa, AL. In the past two weeks They’re supposed to close at 10pm. Around 8pm every night that I’ve come here, the drive thru cashier has told me Everytime that they can only accept cash when most people don’t carry cash anymore. On the the 4th time of me doing so, I actually decided to to park and walk in except now there is a trash can blocking one of the entry doors to get inside.. I believe they purposely only accept cash to deter business away at night. They do not have a credit card reader issue during the day bc I’ve came during the day and it was working fine. The food is great but the service is horrible after a certain time of hour.
