Just tried their "Esterhazy" cake and their Pistachio and Raspberry Swiss roll cake. Wow, it's taking everything I have in me not to finish them both, ESPECIALLY the esterhazy. I've tried a pretty good amount of bakeries here, and this is definitely one of the best. Their items are usually unique too. Strongly recommended.

As someone who loves to support my local community and enjoy healthy food, I'm always on the hunt for new gems to visit. I discovered this wonderful family-owned bakery through Instagram and it instantly became my favorite. The bread is always fresh and warm, and there's something magical about going there early in the morning. They’re only open two days a week, it helps me control my bread intake - haha! They are baking bread with no yeast, using only water and flour. Alina, the baker, always has something new to try, and she is incredibly kind and always pleasant to talk to. Recently, I tried their Easter cake, and it was simply amazing. Highly recommend!

My husband is from Australia and had always talked about a pavlova cake for his birthday. I surprised him with one from Fred's and he said it was the best he's ever had. Moving forward it's the only cake he wants every year!! Very, very impressed.

This was hands down a great cake for my anniversary. Not overly sweet, flavorful and delicious. Will continue to use Alina’s great recipes and her commitment for outstanding quality. Thank you for your hard work and dedication, it shows in your incredible products 🥂👏🏼

I was blown away with the quality and taste of the macaroons. Better than in any French patisserie I've ever tried. Bread is not only large and delicious, but also a healthier choice. Recommended!
