Freezing Thai Rolled Ice Cream & Bakery (Lincoln, NE)

Came here after half time on game day. One gal was working. She was doing great! It was so busy. Another person showed up to help and got the line moving. The ice cream was really good and all the toppings that were advertised were on there and delicious!

Overall pretty good! I come in here pretty regularly, but I just wished the environment was more clean. The front room is filled with boxes and miscellaneous stuff, and their is limited seating so It should be open to the public. The floors and tables are always dirty when I come in. It just feels musty. The ice cream came quick, and it was delicious. I recommend the silly rabbit and the Oreo. They only give you one napkin as well and none are available at the seating area. Prices are okay as well, but $8 for ice cream is slightly over the top.

What a fun experience! They roll the ice cream in front of you, and have so many options to choose from! The Morning Latte flavor is the most true coffee tasting ice cream I think I’ve ever had, it is SO GOOD! It’s not overall sweet like a lot of other coffee ice creams. My partner got the Monkey Business, which is a delicious caramel-banana-nutella and equally to die for. Will definitely be back!
