French Alpine Bistro - Crêperie du Village

This restaurant is truly extraordinary. I consider myself an onion soup, connoisseur, and this onion soup was among the best I have ever had. The summer salad was a 8 1/2 out of 10 it was fresh, but had a little too much dressing. The dessert, a crème brûlée crêpe was also to die for I will eat here every time I come to Aspen. It’s truly a wonderful spot. The atmosphere is also very charming and the weight staff was amazing. I really can’t rate it any higher. It was over $100 without tip and no alcohol, but worth it IMHO.

Wow! So good, tried escargot for the first time and now I’m a fan. Food was great, the espresso martini was so good as well. It’s small inside but cozy, I loved the food.

Absolutely loved this place! The ambiance is cozy, romantic, and feels like you’ve been transported to a little alpine chalet in Europe. The food was outstanding — rich flavors, perfectly prepared, and so comforting. Service was warm and attentive without being rushed. A must-visit every time we’re in Aspen!

Incredible experience! The place was very welcoming. We dared to try some dishes and cocktails, and honestly, none of them disappointed. Everything arrived super fast. Tomas and Juanma were incredibly attentive and friendly, and they made our evening perfect. Javi at the bar made some delicious cocktails, and Eliza, the manager, gave us a very warm welcome. I highly recommend it and would gladly return.

Great experience overall. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared, with authentic French flavors. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed meal. A special thank you to our waitress Alexa, who was incredibly helpful and friendly—she made the evening even more enjoyable. Will definitely be coming back.
