This review is overdue since my family has been eating here for years, but tonight they really went above and beyond. After realizing my son’s burrito had not made it into our door dash order they called up to let us know and were extremely apologetic and worked with us to find a solution. We had door dash refund the first burrito and reordered the item. They made us a HUGE burrito and put a free dessert into the bag which my son LOVED! The food was delicious as always, and the people who work here are amazing.
I absolutely love Fresh & Natural Mexican Eatery. I order mostly through DoorDash, and every single time my order is 100% correct, which I really appreciate. The food is always incredibly fresh and consistently delicious, and it’s clear they take a lot of pride in both their food and how carefully they prepare their orders. Truly exceptional every time
Actually, literally spit out the first bite after trying to chew once. The most revolting food I have ever come across in my life. I ordered enchiladas. Flour tortillas. Carnitas. Automatic strike the enchiladas were not in green sauce as I ordered but instead, drowned absolutely smothered in sour cream oh my gosh why does anyone put sour cream on Mexican food? That’s my big question… Chopped iceberg lettuce. Iceberg lettuce went out in 1981. It definitely doesn’t belong on Mexican food or any food. And diced unripe tomatoes. Nothing unripe should be on a plate of food, fruit or vegetable. Absolutely disgusting texture of the tortilla, which is what caused me to spit it out. It was all nestled in crinkled up and sort of re-smoothed out tinfoil that looked like it had already been used by t
Small little shop. Got my lunch to go and walked back to work. Burrito bowl with delicious moist chicken and if that was their hottest sauce I got with it there was a nice smoky taste to it. It was plenty filling. The flan was a bit disappointing though.
Careful when driving there, depending where you're coming from, GPS might tell you to turn the wrong way on a 1-way street! But I love this place! Try a chicken torta sandwich with chipotle sauce which comes on the side! OMG soooooo good. (Highly recommend eating it there; it's not nearly as good if you get it to go because the crisp, cold veggies get a bit wilted by the hot meat & melty cheese, if you don't eat it right away.) I've been treating myself to a torta almost every week for years, and haven't tired of it yet! The smoothies and Aguas frescas (tons of flavors to choose from) are also delicious!
