I’m honestly disappointed by my experience today. I ordered a burrito with steak. The menu board clearly listed Burrito $9 and Steak $4, so I reasonably expected the total to be $13 before tax. However, when I went to pay, I was charged $15 before tax, and $16.30 after tax. When I asked about the price difference, the staff told me that the menu prices were not updated. That was the only explanation given. If the actual price had been clearly shown, I would not have ordered this item at all. Transparency matters, customers should not be expected to guess the real price at checkout. I understand prices change, but it is the restaurant’s responsibility to keep menu boards accurate. This experience felt misleading, and it took away from what should have been a simple meal.

As a former Chipotle worker, I can say this is so much better than Chipotle and genuinely so flavorful and delicious. The chicken was super tender and seasoned well. I got a few toppings and it paired well. The spicy mayo perfectly complimented the dish.

The food was really good when they first opened, and they had amazing staff, but some of their employees have left, and now the quality seems to have decreased a bit. Chicken is a little cold, sometimes the rice is hard. It feels like they lost their star power. Still recommend if you want a quick and easy bite, and it’s definitely healthier than fast food, but don’t expect anything incredible.

Such a nice addition to the neighborhood. The place itself is very clean and bright. The ingredients tasted fresh and flavorful; there are so many options to mix into whatever you're getting (bowl, salad, or burrito). The friendly service is what made it such a good experience though, they were very patient and accommodating. I can see this place being one of my go-to comfort lunch spots.
