Fresh Catch Seafood Grill

I moved close by a little over a year ago from Palm Beach, coworker had been telling me to try it out the whole time and I finally did a few weeks ago and wished I had sooner. Compared to other seafood restaurants in Stuart this place doesn't feel and isn't priced like a New Yorker/snow bird tourist trap. Prices were reasonable, the fresh fish was Yellow Tile and Wahoo on the night I went, tried both blackened, while eating loads of wahoo in the past this is the first time I've seen yellow tile in a restaurant, blackened to perfection and delicious. Edit: went again for valentines day, parmesean encrusted triple tail was dumb good. Stopped in at Fresh Catch Seafood and left full, happy, and already talking about when we’re coming back. I ordered the catch of the day, which was tilefish, and had it blackened. Whoever’s running the seasoning back there knows exactly what they’re doing. It was seasoned perfectly, not over the top, and cooked just right—flaky, moist, and full of flavor without needing a thing added to it. The waffle fries deserve their own mention. They were seasoned with Old Bay, and as a Marylander, that immediately felt like home. Crispy, well-seasoned, and not greasy at all. Simple, but done the right way. DELICIOUS & our server BUBBA was outstanding. I had mussels scampi it was so good. Comes with a breadstick and asparagus and had literally probably 40 mussels. We got the conch fritters and chips and salsa for appetizers. The conch fritters were sooo crunchy and delicious. The salsa was super fresh and clearly homemade. My boyfriend got the catch of the day (wahoo & golden tile) fish tacos and he loved them. It was a crazy amount of food for such a good price. It’s locally owned by a husband and wife and I can not wait to go back! I will definitely ask for BUBBA if we go back. The restaurant is so cozy and cute I would take my family there anytime. I've driven so many times past it but it looks like an abandoned warehouse from Indian Street so I never cared to stop. But then we heard they had live music and we went and we loved it! The food was excellent, super tasty. We had fish and chips and tacos. We liked the ambience and the waitress was very nice. We will definitely go back.
