Fresh Depot

We were disappointed twice. It has a lot to do with the day of the week. We have been talking about trying Fresh Depot for a while. We decided to go Sunday after church only to get bothered and see the hand written sign on the door. We close at 1pm and only serve breakfast on Sunday. We were there at noon, so we had time. We were really looking forward to the regular menu. So that was our first disappointment. Second was the quality of the food. Breakfast is easy. I love breakfast. We both ordered omelets. Mine was fine. Hers was overloaded with onions and soggy. She had a western with no tomatoes. Not sure whybit was so soggy. The filling was unbalanced. Lots of onions not as many peppers or ham. This was our first time using establishment. I placed an online order to pick up. The menu offered a wide variety of options. And the food was great! The only reason I'm not giving a five-star is due to when I arrived for pickup, I pulled up to the takeout window and sat there for a very long time before deciding to going inside. Once I entered they advised me that a side item that I placed for the order was not available, and offered a replacement. I felt like the info I provided during the checkout process deserved a phone call to me instead of having to go there and wait for that replacement item. Other than that, again the food was amazing! I would definitely order there again.

Great place to eat! Best salad and fried mushrooms I think I’ve ever had. Service is fast and the staff is friendly. The menu offers a wide variety of options to choose from. It’s like getting a home cooked meal they fix for you.

Just happened to stop by Fresh Depot for lunch while driving through. My, my, oh my how lucky were we. I had fried green tomatoes and a grilled pimento oheese on sourdough bread. I'd be hard pressed to say which was better. But my Ole Kentucky taste buds were spectacularly pleased. Service was hospitalable but don't go there for the decor.

Great ambience, clean and organized. Food is great. Seafood always fresh. I like the way they bring the sides in individual containers. We really enjoy eating there, but be ready to wait for your food. If you’re super hungry, you may need to wait between 20-30min. We were there 2 times and the wait was about the same (Both times Saturdays and not super busy). I guess they really go for the “fresh” concept. We still recommend though!
