Friendly Food Mart

Don't expect good customer service or a clean uhaul either from this location. Apparently a truck floor covered in dirt is clean by their definition. Just rented a truck yesterday and asked them to sweep out the back like they were supposed to. The guy there got all mad at me and told me not to even take the truck I just rented because I wanted it swept out because it wasn't clean. He swept all the trash right into their own parking lot and then went back inside the store all mad without picking anything up

One of my employees rented a small truck to pick up some furniture in Vancouver, but mistakenly booked as an in-town rental. Simple mistake. Except, it ended up adding ~$500(!!) for the mileage on a $50 rental! I called up to get it sorted out. It should have been a simple fix to change it to a one-way so the mileage charge would be down to a more reasonable $60-70. I even offered to toss in an extra $50 tip just as a thank you. Next thing I know, the guy's screaming at me over the phone like I just asked him to give up his first-born. Should have been a simple fix, but he overreacted and turned it into a huge mess. I guess some people are more concerned about the quick buck than the long-term.

Extravagantly friendly, a most stupendous place to shop. The employees are amazing and really go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome and they are all super cute too. :)
