Friendly Quarters

My family stayed here around Christmas time last year and had a wonderful time! The home was spotless with lots of space for us to spread out. We enjoyed the short walk to downtown and a cute coffee shop. Everyone was very friendly in town. We hope to come back again!

We had such a wonderful stay at Friendly Quarters. The B&B is immaculately clean and offers a truly quiet, peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, the bed felt amazing! It's a great value and the convenient location made it easy to walk to downtown, find dinner, drive to our destination. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a charming, hassle-free, comfortable stay in Earlham!

Beautiful home! Neighborhood is quiet and not too far from Des Moines and Waukee! House is clean and well cared for! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that is great for your family outside of the big city but still within driving distance!

Our family members enjoyed their stay in this house. It is very charming, clean, and well cared for. The house is in walking distance to the charming downtown area. The host had excellent communication and I would definitely rent from them again.

This is a great home for a getaway with some adult company and to reconnect with your friends. It sleeps eight and is spacious. Whether you are sitting outside enjoying the small town or inside with some food and drinks, you will definitely enjoy this place.
